We aim to send your order out within 1-7 working days on all stock items.
Custom made/alterations, hemmed sides or overlocked sides your order will usually be sent out within 7 days we do aim to sent goods our same day (99% of orders we will try to send out same day ). Please note our princess kate range is not made in our factory & will take upto 21 days.
If your item is not in stock or delayed for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible with estimated delivery time.

Returns 7 day return policy on all standard products,
netcurtain2curtains we always ensure we send out only the best quality products, if any part of the product does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days, in there original condition including all packaging & that they have not been adjusted in any way.This refund only applies to our standard products that have not been altered for example: standard size voile panels, ready made curtains, tension rods, sorry we are unable to refund your postage costs or our postage cost,
We cannot refund any net curtain which has been cut off the roll or shortened to your exact drop or any custom made curtains so please be sure of your drop, (use a metal tape measure not cloth as these tend to distort).Please note our net curtain alteration drops have a tolerance of 2-3 cm due to the nature of the fabric!
Any returns please email us prior to returning your product so we will be expecting your return just in the unlikely event of any loss during transit, if using the post office please remember to get a receipt of proof of posting just in case the parcel is lost.
we offer worlwide shipping the price is upto 2kg, if your parcel is over this weight we shall inform you of the additional cost & you have the option of cancelling your order which we will fully refund, most orders are under this weight the exception being ready made curtains!
